Wag! Group Co. Completes Acquisition of Dog Food Advisor for $9 Million

The Wag! Group Co. (Nasdaq: PET), a pet care platform, that offers access to dog walking, pet sitting, and training has recently ANNOUNCED the successful completion of its acquisition of Dog Food Advisor assets from Clicks and Traffic LLC (“Dog Food Advisor”) for cash consideration of $9 million. The acquisition will expand Wag!’s reach into the pet food and treats market of the pet industry.

Clicks and Traffic LLC owns and operates DogFoodAdvisor.com, an online publisher of independent dog food reviews and ratings of more than 950 commercial brands. Dr. Sagman is the founder and managing editor of The Dog Food Advisor.
