Veterinary Innovative Partners Acquires Consolidator with 24 Practice Locations

Veterinary Innovative Partners (VIP), a network of more than 37 veterinary hospitals across nine states, has recently ANNOUNCED its acquisition of Valley Veterinary Care, a group of general and emergency practices with 24 locations across Texas, California and Colorado. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of VIP’s network, now comprising nearly 70 hospitals nationwide — all acquired practices will continue to operate under their legacy names. Financial terms were not disclosed.
